Job Duties:
- Support processing of course enrolment annually;
- Weekly data upload and quarterly registration for engagement events/platforms;
- Weekly in–processing and reporting of courses;
- Weekly certs and photos orders;
- Post course data input.
- Procurement of small value items into system;
- Data entry/recording of course information;
Job Requirements:
- Proficient with microsoft office e.g. Outlook, MS Teams with competent skills in Excel, word
- Awareness and experience in data visualisation and analytics tools
- Comfortable in technology and various platforms (website, app, devices..etc)
- Organized and meticulous with strong time management skills
- Be a team player who is effective, resourceful, and takes the initiative in work
