Cervus Equipment Hiring for Marketing Coordinator Job at Manawatu-Wanganui Full Time

About the Role

We have a rare opportunity for a Marketing Coordinator to join our in-house marketing team that are spread across NZ and AUS.

This is a full-time, permanent role that could be based out of any of our 10 NZ branch locations.

You will be joining the team at a pivotal time; Cervus Equipment has recently been acquired by Brandt Tractor Ltd. This means you will be heavily involved in the ANZ rebranding ensuring this branding transition is seamless for employees and customers.

You will be supporting the Marketing Supervisor on executing marketing and communications initiatives identified in the annual business/marketing plans for the ANZ Group and be pivotal in helping them reach their strategic objectives.

On a daily basis you can expect to find yourself:

• Delivering on internal and external marketing and comms initiatives
• Working on website and social media development, maintenance, and strategy
• Managing, liaising, and negotiating with external suppliers
• Taking responsibility for ensuring everything from business cards and uniforms to property and online presence meets brand identity standards for both Brandt and John Deere.

About you

You will be a creative that is passionate about marketing strategy and the value it adds to a business. You will use your persuasive and collaborative communication style to influence and inspire stakeholders. You will also have:

• A marketing qualification or equivalent experience
• Experience in digital marketing and general tech savvy
• Strong ability to prioritise activity based on potential impact
• Ability to function with a high level of autonomy.
