Position Summary
This contractor position, Manager of Retail Enterprise Insights, will play a pivotal role in supporting the Retail Enterprise Insights team in their mission to create a best-in-class customer experience. This role will be responsible for supporting ongoing analytical efforts as well as assist the Retail Enterprise Insights team with CX platform enhancement tracking and timely delivery.

Duties

• Conduct both routine and ad hoc analyses (including gathering data, processing, and analyzing)
• Develop net new, and routinely update existing, CX deliverables (PowerPoint decks, Excel reporting, etc.) for the Retail Enterprise Insights team
• Partner with Retail Enterprise Insights team to strategize, plan, and implement ongoing enhancements to existing CX deliverables and reporting within Medallia, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Partner with Retail Enterprise Insights team to assist with enhancement documentation, tracking, and follow-up in Jira
• Support various ad hoc requests, ranging from analytical to project management, from key stakeholders

Experience

• Experience with Medallia
• Experience with Jira
• Ability to work Eastern (EST) time zone hours
• Proficiency with data manipulation and analysis in Excel or other similar tools
• Basic understanding of statistics and outputs of statistical analyses
• Proficiency with slide creation and manipulation in PowerPoint
• Attention to detail and ability to thoroughly review CX deliverables to ensure accuracy
• Ability to meet tight deadlines and shift priorities as needed
• Ability to simultaneously handle multiple projects

Salary: $36.00 – $38.00 per hour
