Are you an experienced Civil Engineer seeking purpose, challenge, and talented colleagues? Would you like to grow your career designing and managing a diversity of site projects of increasing scale and complexity? We have an immediate opening due to our growth! CESO is a civil engineering, architectural and surveying firm with diverse project opportunities: residential, mixed-use developments, fueling and convenience stores, restaurants, urgent care centers and energy projects, among others. We develop leaders and empower staff to use their gifts to impact the world through service – to our clients, to our coworkers, and to our communities. We subscribe to the mission “finding purpose through serving others,” so if this speaks to you, let’s connect! Due to our growth, we have an immediate opening. As a Lead Civil Project Engineer, you will design site plans including grading, storm water, roadway and utility layouts using Civil 3D. Our Lead Project Engineers oversee the work of staff engineers, providing them with mentoring and guidance. Working with your Project Manager and other team members, you’ll gain expertise across many disciplines including storm water, utility design, site design and transportation. We establish long-term, meaningful relationships with clients focused on working with their teams to help them design, manage and develop their brand. We develop and inspire our Civil Engineers through training and coaching on the job. At CESO we believe that work should be more rewarding than just a paycheck. In addition to a comprehensive benefit and compensation program, our work environments are warm inviting spaces to collaborate with your teammates. CESO is a principle-centered organization, thinking and acting in alignment with strong values of service, integrity and authenticity. We create memories and friendship through our employee and service events including lunches, birthday celebrations, outings, and community service opportunities. Our Lead Civil Project Engineers have a Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering from an accredited school, 3-6 years of experience in commercial and/or residential projects, and working towards a Professional Engineer (P.E.) license is preferred, but not required. If you’re a wiz at Civil 3D and have a passion for mentoring others, learning new things and solving complex problems, this is for you. If you agree, we look forward to hearing from you! CESO, Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer. All qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, sexual orientation, gender identity, national origin, genetics, disability, age, veteran status, or any other characteristic protected by law.
