CGC Inc. Looking for Sales Representative at Calgary , Alberta Full Time

This position is in Central and Southern Alberta and the successful candidate can be in the Calgary area.

This is a challenging opportunity for a motivated individual to demonstrate their selling and customer service skills in a fast-paced sales environment. Reporting to the Western Canada Sales Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible for promotion, sales and service of our products to dealers, distributors and contractors.

With a passion for customer service and commitment to follow through, the Sales Representative is responsible for growing sales volumes by building relationships and providing the required support to dealers, distributors and contractors. Key in this effort will be influencing customer loyalty by delivering a high level of customer service via proactive customer contact, industry knowledge and networking, product training, deep technical product knowledge, large project coordination, job tracking, job quotes and prompt complaint resolution. Developing strong relationships with internal departments including marketing, manufacturing, design, distribution, customer service and accounting is also critical for success in this role. The Sales Representative works within general guidelines and procedures, exercising independent judgment while being committed to safety, quality, reliability and customer service.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Architecture or a related field. Significant relevant experience may be considered degree equivalent.
• 3 years minimum customer facing experience (technical expertise and industry knowledge is preferred).
• Excellent communication, public speaking and customer service skills. 
• Excellent problem-solving skills.
• Must be a people and results-oriented individual who incorporates and emphasizes safety and quality in every aspect of job.
• Must demonstrate success at working independently with a sense of urgency and high level of customer focus.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills. Proficient with MS office Suite.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
