Titan Factory Direct is owned by Champion Homes and we are hiring New Home Sales Consultants in San Antonio, Texas. No experience or real estate license needed. We are looking for high energy professionals that have a great attitude and love to win! If you are in a sales role currently but find your professional or personal growth limited, we have room for you. If you are someone who doesn’t have sales experience, that is ok too- we will take you. We fully train our professionals from entry level sales and grow them into general managers. We love to grow and promote within!!

The daily

• Post ads daily to social media to bring in driven traffic- specific plan will be designed for you and will be trained on our social media process
• Calling old and new leads to set up appointments for potential clients
• Work closely with lenders and operations manager to make sure your clients are being taken care of
• Meet with your team daily to train
• Must be comfortable with speaking to customers about credit and budget- pulling credit
• Collect proper documents for finance/lenders
• Help walk in customers with their new home needs

• Salary + Commission with a realistic potential to earn up to $150,000/Year
