Description

The Sales Coordinator will provide support to our Sales Department by coordinating company’s products, internal department processes, and retail customers’ needs. This position is located at our Canadian headquarters in Burlington, ON, and reports to the Sales Manager.

Essential Functions

• Utilizes Microsoft NAV order system to manage new customers, ship-to records, new items, item status, customer pricing, etc.
• Manages customer purchase orders.
• Assists sales team and retail customers to process new items, contracts, pricings, ad copy, etc.
• Works with Warehouse Manager to ship domestic PO’s correctly and on time.
• Maintains customer satisfaction using coordination between internal departments such as marketing and sales.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Knowledge and Skill Requirements

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in Windows based systems including Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
• Ability to compile, analyze, and communicate data.
• Ability to meet deadlines and work as a team member.
• Organized and detail oriented.

Education and Experience

• High School diploma or equivalent.
