Champions Road Looking for Customer Service Representative at Penrose, Auckland Full Time

Fresh to Go is one of the country’s leading manufacturers and marketers of fresh food products such as ready-to-eat salads, pastas and meals. Right now there is a vacancy for a switched-on Customer Service Representative.

The mainly phone-based role firstly involves taking customer orders by phone and then performing all the associated administration work, including liaising with the manufacturing department. There will also be some outbound work, calling existing customers to place orders.

In addition you will assist with promotions, and be required to perform other office administration tasks. And you will need to prepare admin reports. So as you can see, this position requires you to wear a number of different hats.

To apply for this position you will need NZ PR/citizenship or a valid work visa, and also have the following background and experience:

You need to be a clear, strong communicator with a fantastic phone manner.

Ideally, 2+ years experience in a customer services or call centre environment.

You need to be a great team player with an awesome attitude and work ethic

You need to work well under pressure in fast-moving food environment.

You need to have a strong interest in food, cooking and healthy living.

Strong people management skills.

Good computer skills (Word, Excel, Access). High-level of report writing skills and proficiency with Microsoft Excel is required.
