About the role:
As a Recruitment Consultant you will provide an effective, professional and valuable service to our existing clients and candidates.

• Build and maintain long-lasting relationships across a broad range of clients

 
About you:
You will be a self-motivated people-person with an interest in recruitment looking for an environment that will allow you to develop and grow your career by letting you get on and do what you do best. To succeed in this role you will bring:

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain strong long-term relationships
• A strong and proven record in sales, networking or client development abilities and strong customer service experience
• A confident, engaging and energetic approach
• Excellent time management and organizational skills with the ability to prioritise effectively
• Understanding of the end-to-end recruitment process with the ability to adapt between temporary and permanent recruitment would be advantageous
