Fashion Operations Assistant (System and Projects)
Location: London Headquarters, UK
Reports to: Fashion Operations Manager
Contract: Full-time, permanent
Your role @Chanel:
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join the Fashion Operations Team as Retail Operations Assistant, supporting the department and Fashion Boutiques with daily POS system queries (level 1 Y2 support) as well as projects where Y2 plays an integral role.
What impact you can create at Chanel:
- Act as a first point of contact for Boutique and Fashion HO teams with Y2 related queries
- Provide daily first line POS support to Fashion Teams
- Troubleshoot Y2 issues and coordinate further escalation with IT as appropriate
- Take active part in Y2 related Fashion Projects (i.e. Clientelling App)
- Periodically review the use of the system as the Business evolves and suggest enhancements/improvements
- Develop long lasting and meaningful relationships with the fashion department and boutique teams
- Support The Fashion Operations team with tasks and projects as and when required to meet deadlines
