We are seeking for a highly skilled and motivated E-Business Jr Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing and managing the e-commerce channels and key areas of e-commerce operations. As the E-business Jr Manager, you will be in charge to assist the E-business Sr Manager to increase the productivity of the area operations and ensure seamless activations within the digital channels.

Key Responsibilities:

• E-commerce operations follow up
• Campaign orchestration within the digital touchpoints
• Seamless and mastered catalog execution (activation/discontinuation)
• E-merchandising excellence & localization for digital channels
• Execute e-commerce activation projects
• Run & features follow-up / testing within the digital channels
• Personalisation, AB testing, UX analytics
• Online appointment booking management & operations and other services operations within the site, such as Store Locator
• Boutique monitoring project
• Partner with Client Care team to solve clients issues withing the platform
• Ensure the website functionality meets the needs of customers and business
• Support in business case preparations for new channels openings

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Management, Marketing, IT, or related field
• 3 to 5 years proven experience in e-commerce, preferably D2C. Marketplaces is a plus
• Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make sound decisions
• Able to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Familiarity with e-commerce platforms. Marketplaces platforms is a plus
• In-depth knowledge of online marketing, web analytics, and social media
• The E-business Jr Manager should be a strategic thinker with strong organizational and planning skills while maintaining a keen attention to detail.
• Fluent in Spanish and English.
