Post Payment Support Overview of Position
Post Payment Support is a multi-incumbent role where each position with this job title will primarily focus on outbound provider call, inbound triage of calls and post-payment audit processing.What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Assignment of outbound calls (60 per day average) for provider reporting based on monthly mailings and incoming provider inquiries.
Participation as a Team on daily inbound and outbound call management, scheduling, and escalation.
Document call communication, update provider address or contact information while maintaining expected level of accuracy.
Responsible for the coordination of the provider medical record request process when applicable to ensure that all requests are being generated and processed in a timely manner.
Follow up and obtain outstanding medical records from providers
Perform other tasks and duties as necessary to assist Team goals
Demonstrate behaviors, actions, and attitude that reflect Change Healthcare’s Vision.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
High School Diploma or GED
2 years of outbound call center customer service experience
Strong Microsoft Office skills including outlook, word, excel, and access.
Ability to use software, hardware and peripherals related to job responsibilities
Excellent written and verbal communication
Multi- task in a production driven environment
Experience working with Confidential information
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Healthcare knowledge a plus
Familiarity with CPT codes
Strong self-management skills, with strong work ethic.
