Overview Of Position

This position is responsible for answering calls and pulling new cases entered by our customers in Salesforce. This role will be responsible for troubleshooting new software issues using our knowledge base articles and other available resources.

What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?

• Answer support calls from customers

• Pull new cases entered by customers in Salesforce

• Document call results in Salesforce

What are the requirements needed for this position?

• High School Diploma

• Certified Pharmacy Technician

• MS Office Suite and Windows experience

  What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?

• 1+ years of experience in a technical software support role

• Knowledge of hardware and network configurations

• Familiarity with pharmacy terms, practices, and technology

• Unix and SQL knowledge ideal
