Program Director, Enterprise CommunityOverview of Position
The Community Program Director will be responsible for establishing and delivering the enterprise-wide programs and ensure the execution of processes for the digital transformation of one of the largest, independent healthcare technology companies in the United States. This position will utilize effective program management methods to create and manage programs across the strategic digital & customer community initiatives, including but not limited to overseeing budgets, timelines, integrated plans, collaborating with senior leadership and their stakeholders at all levels of the organization. The successful candidate will align and drive accountability cross-functional teams and external agencies to complete tasks on time and on budget. The Program Manager will also be responsible for building reports and communicating the enterprise community progress and impact to the business. What will be my duties and responsibilities in this job?
Develop and manage program plans to achieve goals within timelines and budgets using — agile practices to delegate and complete tasks.
Align cross-functional teams, agencies, and stakeholders.
Communicate enterprise program status and activities to key stakeholders across the enterprise.
Develop reporting and own reporting for enterprise community.
Build and outline efficient processes for the enterprise community teams to support ongoing collaboration with stakeholders, including managing requests, feedback, and approvals.
What are the requirements needed for this position?
10+ years’ experience managing projects for cross-functional teams with strong knowledge of the key components of Agile project management and associated tools, best practices, and methodologies
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent management skills and the ability to work with a variety of key stakeholders, including senior leadership, to develop and manage project plans
Proven organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
Strong Data analytics and reporting skills including, Community ROI reports and analysis, remediation, and action plans.
Community performance insights, including utilization and engagement
What other skills/experience would be helpful to have?
Bachelor’s degree preferred
PMP/CSM certification preferred
What are the working conditions and physical requirements of this job?
General office demands, remote work environment.
Environment – Remote, less than 25% travel required
Physical Requirements – Sitting, standing, walking, and using the keyboard
How much should I expect to travel?
Employees in roles that require travel will need to be able to qualify for a company credit card or be able to use their own personal credit card for travel expenses and submit for reimbursement.
