Core FP&A role encompassing planning & forecasting, management reporting, analytics & insights around key business parameters, automation, budget control, supporting leadership team in key strategic initiatives, providing view of financial health to board and investors.

Responsibilities

Assist in finalizing operating plan and strategic plan on a periodical basis

Sustain forecasting and estimation of key financial parameters on a regular basis

Diligent management reporting as per agreed timelines

Continuous analytics and providing meaningful insights around key business parameters

Embracing automation for efficiency & productivity improvement

At all point driving adherence to budget

Supporting leadership team in key strategic initiatives and be a business partner to key stakeholders

Building a robust team to cater to higher growth potential of the organization
