Charley’s Taxi Hiring for Call Taker/Dispatcher at Honolulu, HI Full Time

We are the premiere taxi company on Oahu with world-class, leading edge technology and automated features. We have the cleanest vehicles, highest driver standards, best customer service, and the most honest drivers. We are looking for several people who can provide the same quality of service.

Position entails:
being prompt, friendly, and professional. Answer phones politely in a call center, enter information into the computer, and monitor drivers. Some days work at the airport to greet incoming passengers, direct them to our drivers, log info into a computer database. Customer service experience is a plus.

ResponsibilitiesQualifications:

• Ability to multitask between emails and answering phones
• Ability to work set schedule including nights, weekends, holidays and required overtime as business’ needs.
• Overall portrays a friendly and polite attitude to all customers.
• Proficient with using computer and smartphone applications such as MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams), Line or Whatsapp.
• Posses entry level basic math
• Ability to work under pressure in a high-volume environment while maintaining productivity and quality service.
• Has strong interpersonal communication and listening skills

Pay Frequency:

• Bi weekly or Twice monthly

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $17.00 – $19.00 per hour
