About this role
We are looking for an Overnight Logistics Coordinator to join our team! This role operates in a high-stakes environment with initial shift overnight hours of 10:00pm EST to 10:00am EST between 5 to 7 days. Your first mission includes some on-site time in a location between New York City and Philadelphia. After ramp up, there is an opportunity to manage operations remotely, but other missions will arise that will require heavy initial travel.
Compensation and Benefits

• $75,000 base salary

What You’ll Do

• Cover overnight shift from 10:00pm EST to 10:00am EST between 5 to 7 days a week
• Provide on-the-ground and remote oversight of large-scale logistically complicated trips
• Liaison between operators on our platform and high-value clients
• Manage trip allocation to suppliers
• Track and analyze supplier performance
• Be subject matter expert for all logistics and charter bus operations
• Maintain supplier relationships and develop relationships with new vendors
• Be able to handle emergency requests

What You’ll Need

• Be willing to travel to a site located between New York City and Philadelphia initially
• Ability to elicit trust from clients through a professional tone and impeccable manners
• Passion for CharterUP’s mission and intellectual curiosity about CharterUP’s business

• Willing to be available for fire drills beyond schedule shift
• Ability to excel in fast-paced environment and maintain composure in high-pressure situations

Location and Travel

• Your first mission will require some travel to a location between New York City and Philadelphia for at least a few weeks and up to a couple months
• After your initial ramp-up, there is an opportunity to work remotely, but future missions will arise that will require some travel
• CharterUP has optional hybrid offices in Atlanta, New York City, San Francisco, or Austin where employees come in 2 or 3 times a week in during spring and fall (everyone is fully-remote during winter and summer)
• Employees always have the option to live any city they choose
