We are seeking a bright enthusiastic person who is interested in being part of a fast growing dynamic early stage SAAS company. This person must display excellent verbal and written communication and organizational skills while being able to work independently.

This person will focus on our company’s success by providing pre and post sales support while managing required day-to-day functions including new client onboarding. This individual works hand-in-hand with the President to perform a variety of operational tasks, such as:

• Managing Email marketing platform
• Overseeing HubSpot CRM
• Overseeing client invoicing
• Interfacing with clients
• Operating company’s proprietary dashboard & interface with clients’ data
• Assist in many marketing initiatives
• Liaison with management and sales team

This person will work at the heart of the business and keep the company growing and profitable. This individual needs to be proactive, motivated, organized, responsible, and able to work well in a fast-paced, small core team-oriented environment, with a minimum of 5 years experience.

The perfect candidate is a team player, with the ability to work independently, who has a passion for success. This individual should be sharp, mature, down to earth, positive, excellent communicator (written and verbal), high energy, have a sense of urgency and excitement and understanding of a small core team and growth culture. Qualifications and Skills

• A minimum of 3 years experience business administration, client services
• Ability to support the planning and organizing of multiple events and projects at one time
• High level of experience in all Microsoft programs, Excel, Word and PowerPoint
• Detail oriented
• Computer savvy
• Ability to multi-task and deal with high urgency tasks and projects
• Ability to work well within a team, but primarily independently
• Excellent organizational skills

Salary: $41,296.00-$52,474.00 per year
