CHEP Services Hiring for Virtual Contract Recruiter at Remote Full Time

As the Talent Acquisition Specialist, you will:

• Post jobs to internal and external job boards and other viable recruiting sites
• Source and recruit candidates using databases, social media and applicant tracking system
• Screen candidate resumes for relevant skills and qualifications
• Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate fit to position requirements
• Manage interview scheduling
• Lead status reviews on active searches and calibration discussions with HR and/or hiring managers
• Develop and update job postings/descriptions
• Partner with external recruiting agencies when needed
• Complete post-offer process including drafting and sending offer letter, initiating background check and drug screen, and hiring candidate as an employee into HRIS platform

• Build talent pipeline/networks for key roles
• Analyze talent acquisition/recruiting market trends

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $35.00 – $45.00 per hour

Schedule:

• 8 hour shift
