Job Summary
Cherry Bekaert is seeking to fill a position within our Information Technology organization focused on Enterprise Applications. This individual is a direct report of the Chief Information Officer and will be a key leader on the Information Technology leadership team.
We are seeking an energetic, self-motivated, and solution-focused individual that can collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders at all levels. The successful candidate should have a solid track record of delivering sophisticated projects across the value chain, building effective business partnerships, leading business process / IT transformation initiatives, and cost management while ensuring a positive work environment that emphasizes teamwork to achieve common goals.
This individual will lead Enterprise Applications team, partnering with the business and the leadership team to drive CB’s Enterprise IT transformation for CRM, Finance, Practice Management, HR and Data & Analytics. The ability to plan, execute effectively, and pivot along the way will be critical to achieving success in this role.
Equally important will be the ability to motivate and influence without overt authority, while building relationships among the integration stakeholders as you collaborate towards achieving a common goal.
Description
Play key role on CB’s IT Leadership Team in developing and executing strategic and operational IT plans. Lead strategic planning for the Enterprise Applications area.
Develop the strategy and lead the selection and implementation of the next gen CRM, Finance, Practice Management, HR and Data & Analytics platforms.
Manage ERP life cycle and roadmap from concept through definition, selection, implementation, and optimization.
Define multi-year investment roadmap in alignment with IT cost models that delivers tangible/bottom line business value.
Manage software partner and service provider relationships. Drive license agreement structure, SOW’s, service level achievement and closure of product issues. Assist in negotiations.
Collaborate effectively with internal stakeholders on priorities to ensure our roadmap solves business challenges. Build strong and effective relationships with internal stakeholders.
Oversee delivery of large portfolio of technology application projects. Ensure projects are scoped, planned, and resourced accurately, follow standard governance processes and are delivered on-time and on-budget.
Ensure that CB’s applications are in compliance of applicable laws, security policies and procedures
Nurture a strong client service mind-set throughout the applications team, while fostering thought leadership and multi-functional partnerships.
Seek out, validate, and bring to the technology organization innovative standard methodologies and ideas from the outside, with an emphasis on application development methodologies.
Identify emerging technology trends, especially in the area of SaaS and cloud computing, and ensure the company is demonstrating them when appropriate to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and drive value
Required Skills & Abilities
15+ years successful experience of large-scale enterprise applications implementations including ERPs such as SAP, Oracle, Workday, Salesforce, Dynamics, etc. including at least 10 years of senior managerial level responsibility.
15+ years experience in Professional Services industry. Big 4 experience preferred.
Hands on delivery experience in the domain of Professional Services and Integrated platforms with specific expertise in Engagement Management (T&E, Revenue, Billing) & Finance.
Familiarity with emerging trends and developments in PaaS, SaaS, cloud, machine learning and other digital technologies.
Deep knowledge of system architecture, technical design, and system and software development technology.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders concurrently
Proven leadership skills with experience working with a high degree of ambiguity
Demonstrated experience operating in an unstructured & collaborative environment
Track record of managing cross functional teams, and experience with managing multiple projects at once
Experience collaborating with stakeholders to align on a shared vision, across teams, and departments
Superb communication skills with multi-functional teams, and able to handle various tasks and priorities
Flexibility to travel locally and internationally
Required, Experience, Education & Certifications
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business management, information technology or other relevant subject area, or equivalent years of experience directly related to the duties and responsibilities specified. (Masters/MBA preferred)
IT Experience with large scale enterprise apps. ERP exp (SAP, Workday, Oracle, etc.) required
Experience in Professional Services industry required (Big 4 exp preferred)

The salary range for this position is $170,200 to $290,000.
