Chesters Plumbing Hiring for Inwards Goods – Ellerslie Job at Auckland Full Time

We have an awesome opportunity at our Ellerslie Branch for someone wanting to join the Chesters Plumbing and Bathroom team. As an Inwards Goods team member, you will be responsible for receipting goods in and out of the Warehouse ensuring the smooth operation of our Chesters Ellerslie Branch.

In this role with plenty of variety, you will gain exposure to all aspects of the running of a busy plumbing merchant. You will assist to unload goods and process paperwork from our suppliers, and then place goods into stock ready for future deliveries. You will assist with picking customer orders from the warehouse shelves and loading the delivery truck, occasionally delivering goods to our customer base, and issuing documentation.

To be successful in this role, you will have excellent communication skills and a keen eye for detail. You will be well organised and able to prioritise competing demands. You will have a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. A full NZ Drivers’ Licence with the ability to drive a manual vehicle is essential. A class 2 license is not required. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous however is not essential and full training will be provided.
