Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:
Primary point of contact for business leaders regarding talent planning and strategy, employee engagement, diversity & inclusion, and other talent management initiatives.
Provide solutions on workforce and organizational matters, helping shape the overall people strategy.
Develop deep understanding of the business to leverage relevant enterprise programs, tools, and solutions to support talent goals. Draw insights from findings and shape the application of Talent Management initiatives, competency development, succession, performance management, etc. for client group.
Partner with Business HR Operations, HR Shared Services, and COEs to ensure seamless HR service delivery. Leverage partnerships to broker appropriate HR solutions for client group.
Monitor and leverage data and performance results and generate insights to advance business goals through an HR lens.
Support employee engagement, culture initiatives and change management activities.
Be an active participant on client group leadership team, provide training and coaching on HR/LR policies, processes, and case management.
Participate in grievance management and negotiation strategy development with Corporate Labor Relations (LR) as applicable.
Required Qualifications:
5-7 years’ experience in Human Resources
Undergraduate Degree in related field
Credible, proactive, and trusted thought-partner who has built relationships and delivered results
Team player who quickly builds trust with business leaders as well as other HR partners
Demonstrated experience in influencing and strategically solving problems
Consulting, coaching and facilitation skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Master’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
Experience with partnering with labor relations a plus
