Overview:
Provide administrative support to the VP of Existing Restaurants. This is a professional level role requiring an individual who will be responsible for management of the VP’s calendar and schedule. Additional this role will be responsible for coordination of department meetings. The individual must have an innovative mindset regarding the use of technology. Individual must have ability to maintain confidentiality and utilize discretion. She/he will be interacting with staff members at all levels of the organization.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in project management and coordination of various projects

Scheduling
- Maintain VP’s calendar, anticipate and resolve scheduling conflicts.
- Helps to create balance with the VP’s schedule
- Arrange conference calls
- Travel Arrangements /Expense Reimbursement
- Receiving Visitors
- Respond to various inquiries and requests

Plan and organize events
- Partner with other administrators for cross-functional team and vendor meetings
- Organize activities to build and maintain team culture

Communication
- Effectively communicate with Support Center Staff, Franchisees, Related Entities Staff, and various external consultants and vendors in a timely manner
- Works collaboratively with other administrative staff within the departments led by the VP
- Scribe in Meetings
Minimum Qualifications:
- Previous experience supporting a senior level executive in a mid-sized organization
- Strong relational skills
- Expert skills with Microsoft office
Minimum Years of Experience: 5 Travel Requirements: 0% Required Level of Education: Bachelor’s Degree
