We will provide you all the training from serving customers, to cooking succulent fried chicken and our other delicious products, along with sanitation, food safety, and hygiene requirements.

General Requirements:

* Strong communication skills

* Ability to provide excellent customer service with patience

* Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment

* Ability to maintain high standards of cleanliness, safety, sanitation and food quality

* Ability to conduct daily and weekly inventories to ensure that proper levels are stocked

* Availability to work flexible schedule including opening, closing, weekends and holidays

* Self-Motivated and team player

* Must be legally eligible to work in Canada

* Food service experiences (Asset)

* Food Safety Level 1 Certificate (Asset)

* Fluent in Korean (Asset)

Cook/Kitchen Position

– Job Description:

* Day to day food preparation of the restaurant

* Use deep fryer and other equipment to prepare food items

* Follow recipes, portion controls and presentation specification as set by the restaurant

* Follow the FIFO method to maximize freshness

* Assist in food inventory and control

* Assist in properly receiving and storing delivered items

* Clean food prep areas, equipment, utensils and strictly adhere to sanitation, food safety, and hygiene guidelines

* Other duties or responsibilities as assigned or required
