Job summary
The Virtual School are seeking a committed Case Worker to support the Head of the Virtual School to champion the needs of Children Looked After and Children Previously Looked After across Jersey and those living off-island. You will be involved in driving excellence in educational practice, particularly in relation to improving the outcomes for all Looked After Children working closely with, education, social care, foster carers, parents and a range of additional support services.
