We are looking for an amazing Back Office Trainee to join our Crenshaw Dental Practice! No Experience is Needed!

We are a rapidly growing Pediatric Dental Practice with 15 locations across Los Angeles County, Riverside County, San Bernardino County, Orange County, and Ventura County coming soon.

Are you interested in finding a new career path in Dentistry? Well here is that opportunity you were looking for. With this gradual approach, you will be able to see yourself moving up in no time.

• Start as a Charter where you will learn dental terminology and assist the Doctor with inputting treatment into the computer.
• 
  Move into sterilizing where you assist with sterilizing dental instruments and treatment rooms.
• 
  Once you are comfortable and feel like you have mastered the hands-on experience of charting and sterilizing let’s take it up a notch and become a Dental Assistant.
• 
  Become a Registered Dental Assistant in 15months

In this role:

• MUST LOVE WORKING WITH CHILDREN
• Be comfortable with working around saliva and blood
• Outstanding customer service skills
• Excellent communication and computer skills
• Upbeat personality is a MUST
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Strong work ethic and attention to detail
• Maintain a professional appearance
• Must be available to work two Saturdays a month
