This position offers the opportunity to workin a cross-functional team of bioinformaticist, clinical informaticist,data scientist and IT professionals in building a genomics computeinfrastructure supporting clinical and research needs. Our current end-to-endgenomics platform was designed to enable integration of genomics data intoroutine clinical care. We are searching for a technical expert who willadvance PDx and CHCO genomics infrastructure to enable broader genomicsclinical care, support genomics research and support self-service analytics.The incumbent will have experience building the infrastructure required foroptimal extraction, transformation and loading of structured andunstructured data from a wide variety of data sources, building scalableinfrastructure that supports ingestion and querying.Experience architecting and maintaining complex genomics distribution systemsand ETL pipelines is required.DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIESAn employee in this position may be called upon to do any or all of thefollowing essential functions.
