Job Overview
Coordinates day to day staffing and supports patient flow efforts for
inpatient and ambulatory patient care areas. Communicates effectively and
efficiently with Admitting Case Managers, Charge Nurses, and Nursing
Supervisor. Functions as help desk support for Clairvia. Performs Bed Meeting
prep through use of Acuity System, and documents daily staffing activities.
Provides phone support to the Transfer Center. Assists with communication to
Float/Flex Team staff. Creates and distributes reports as needed. Involved
in special projects and activities as requested.

Hours per week: 1
Shift: 12 hours shifts (varies days and nights), weekends and holiday
requirements
Qualifications
Experience: Strong organization, coordination and customer service skills
required. Functional knowledge of Windows operating environment including but
not limited to Word and Excel programs required. Some experience with
databases helpful. Previous staffing, patient placement and medical office
or hospital background required. Excellent written and verbal communication.
Ability to prioritize effectively, and to work independently and as a team
member. Knowledge of ClairVia, TeleTracking, and Epic preferred.
Education – High School Diploma or Equivalent
