Choice People are working with an award winning property in Leinster to recruit for an experienced Assistant Front Office Manager to join the dynamic team . Reporting to the Front Office Manager, this role involves assisting with the day to day successful operations of the Front Office department.

Main Responsibilities:

Create a warm welcome, friendly and efficient service

• Must be able to manage a busy Front Office & Reception
• Be passionate about Guest Service and creating memorable guest experiences
• Must be standards driven and detail-orientated
• Confident to conduct training sessions and assessments of front office team
• Possess excellent communication skills
• Maintain exceptional levels of customer service
• Assist the Front Office Manager with planning schedules, stock control and all other general admin for the department
• Maintain good working relationships with other departments
• Attention to detail and consistency are vital
• The Ideal Candidate:
• 2 years Front Office experience in a similar establishment
• At least 1 year previous experience as an Assistant Front Office Manager or 2 years as Front Office Supervisor is essential
• Excellent knowledge of Front Office operations
• Be eligible to work unrestricted in Ireland
