This position is located at our corporate headquarters at 3601 Choptank Road, Preston, MD 21655.

Responsibilities

• Schedule all pick-up and delivery appointments for assigned accounts so they comply with legal hours and miles regulations.
• 
  Provide excellent customer service to carriers, customers, and team members while analyzing the most efficient way to make deliveries
• 
  Work closely with team members on escalated customer service issues while gathering all information for each load.
• 
  Develop relationships with shippers, receivers, and customers as well as your team
