Peeplcoach is an on-demand career and leadership development platform and our mission is to ensure that every person has access to an experienced coach to help them accelerate their personal, professional, and business impact.

For too long executive coaching has only been accessible to the most senior executives in an organisation. We did not think that this was fair for most employees or for businesses. This is why we launched our proprietary platform in 2017.

Every day we move one step closer to achieving our vision. We are now looking for a passionate and purpose-driven salesperson to join our team and to help us achieve our vision as quickly as possible.

Since launching we are now working with organisations such as the Vicinity Group, Bega Foods, Asahi, Rockwell Automation, WEX and Latrobe City Council. We are supporting and coaching individuals in Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, US, and UK.

What you get to do every day

• Work across all areas of the platform from DB, business logic, front end, infrastructure, and security and across all phases of the software lifecycle.

• Continuously improve your own skills and those of your teammates through mentoring and feedback.

• Frequent deployments and proactive improvements to infrastructure, code, and processes.

• Write reliable, reusable, and practical code, balancing a lead approach with longer term objectives.

What will you need to be successful?

• You love learning, applying your knowledge and mentoring others.

• A solid understanding of application development and testing, lean and agile practices.

• You write elegant, efficient, and maintainable code and are committed to constantly improving our high availability and performance standards.

• You are proficient with Postgres SQL, Node.js and have practical experience with AWS or other Cloud services.

• You have a growth mindset, able to self-start and quickly learn required skills in an unfamiliar technology language and to adapt to a constantly changing environment.

• As we are a small team, you will have to be a self-starter, be comfortable making decisions, taking risks and sharing your expertise. We need your help and your energy.

• You will be curious, accountable, driven, honest, humble, and fun.
