What you’ll be doing

You will be the voice of Chorus and will play a vital role in delivering excellent customer experience.

Working in our Customer Assist team is a fun, dynamic way to challenge yourself. You’ll gain valuable insight into what we do and help ensure our customers have a brilliant Chorus experience. It’ll see you managing public enquiries on our inbound channels and assisting with queries on all things Chorus.

What you’ll bring to the table

This is a busy role and as a Customer Service Representative you need to be able to articulate and effectively answer customer service queries whilst demonstrating the following:
