Job Description

• Perform daily administrative tasks: mail, bill processing, updating schedules, shipping orders etc.
• Ability and desire to learn new skills and tasks as needed.
• Advise the Operations Manager of activity/changes and customer feedback.
• Increase company growth through identifying opportunities, and recommending products/services to customers.
• This position may transition into full time employment as our company continues to grow.

Qualifications

• High School diploma/GED Mechanical or similar certification, required
• Demonstrated ability to use Microsoft office 365 including outlook
• Quick books online experience is a plus
• Detailed orientated
• Proficient written and oral communication skills
• Ability to work flexible hours, sometimes outside normal business hours
• A professional demeanor and good customer handling skills
• Ability to take initiative, work independently and solve problems in a fast-paced environment
• Good organizational skills with a self-motivated & flexible approach to work
• Demonstrated safety awareness

Job Requirements

• Valid ID and good driving history
• Ability to lift heavy items boxes up to (70lbs)
• Pre Hire Drug Screening
• Pre Hire Background check
