We are looking for a mid-level Software engineer with some developer abilities to join our team to support various applications. The role is responsible for providing support for K2, Kronos, Aurion and .net applications. We are looking for someone who has at least 4 years of experience working on commercial projects preferably with working knowledge of business systems. Being able to problem solve and work through issues individually and as part of a team.

You will be responsible for:

• Analyse existing Nintex K2 implementations, deployment and management tools, identify and recommend performance and configuration improvements
• Provide support for in-house built K2 Blackpearl applications
• Processing Kronos and Aurion tickets and customer service
• Maintenance, troubleshooting and upgrades of existing applications and scripts
• Writing SQL scripts for data extraction
• Maintenance and development of.Net, .NET Core, mobile and reporting applications
• Must be able to join a periodic the 24/7 on-call roster once training has been completed
• Documentation and maintenance of technical notes on support of systems
• Troubleshoot and support business applications at level 2

Skills and Experience to be successful in this role:

• Experience supporting and developing applications across the Microsoft suite including C#, ASP core/.net, Web API and Entity framework
• Hands-on professional experience of HTML, CSS, XML and Java script
• Knowledge of Relational Databases and design, such as MS SQL
• SQL skills in writing queries, stored procedures and triggers
• Verbal and written Communication skills are paramount
• Must be able to write clear and concise documentation.
• Strong troubleshooting skills are essential. You must be able to work closely with vendors to troubleshoot and fix issues.

Skills and Experience beneficial in this role:

• Basic systems experience in Kronos and Aurion
• The knowledge of administering Nintex K2 workflow engine, K2 smart forms
• Knowledge of various Human Resource processes including onboarding, payroll, termination etc.
