We are looking for an experienced customer focused HR Administrator who is a quick learner, efficient and highly organised to join our team.
Working as an integral part of our wider HR team, our HR Administrators are responsible for many aspects of the employee lifecycle from preparing offer documentation, amending system information and answering queries from managers and employees, this role takes care of it all.
We’re looking for a strong Administrator who has previous experience in HR and/or Payroll and enjoys learning and working with complex systems in a dynamic human resources environment. You will be someone who has strong attention to detail and is always making sure your work is of the highest standard with regards to accuracy. You want to do the best for our customers and you will willingly help out your colleagues.
As no two situations will be the same, you will demonstrate both change and learning agility and won’t shy away from asking questions to ensure a solution. We work in a fast-paced environment so you will be able to take the initiative, be solutions focussed, and work well under pressure while thriving on the relationships you build to achieve successful outcomes in your role.

Hours of work – Fulltime Permanent Position
Location – This position is primarily based at 53 Hereford Street, Christchurch Central
Salary –The salary band for this position goes from $62,675 – $69,638 per annum. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
