Christchurch City Council’s procurement team is one of the largest in the South island. Our purpose is to support fair and transparent procurement, to help deliver sustainable, innovative and value-for-money whole-of-life public services. We are now looking for a Procurement Manager to step into this integral leadership position.
With a focus on one or more allocated procurement categories, as Procurement Manager you will:

We would love you to have an understanding of programme management with knowledge or previous experience of procurement within facilities management and maintenance services, transport and infrastructure.

Hours of work – Fulltime Permanant Position
Location – This position is primarily based at 53 Hereford Street. Christchurch
Salary –The salary band for this position goes from $98,386 to $155,944 with the mid-range being $129,953. Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
