Our Head of People and Culture as well as our Head of Business Support and Continuous Improvement are looking for a ‘right hand’ individual who can provide high-quality support to them and their wider teams. It goes without saying that as a PA, you’ll need to be an experienced and adaptable individual that has a reputation for developing strong relationships and getting things done as well as an ability to balance competing priorities with ease and skill.
You pride yourself on always staying one step ahead; anticipating the unexpected and ensuring your manager’s workflow is well managed.
You’ll need to have an optimistic outlook and a proactive, can-do attitude which means you can work independently and with the initiative to seek out what needs to be done. We need someone who is happy to offer help and willingly lend a hand wherever possible. You will need good administrative skills, and experience working within a team of managers who have continually changing priorities. Attention to detail will also be a strength, together with excellent communication skills and a proven track record in developing strong relationships with people from all levels of the business.

Additional information:
Hours of work – Fixed Term for 12 month with the potential to become permanent. We’re looking for a minimum of 30 and up to 40 hours per week however, it’s about finding the right person so we’re flexible on this which includes start and finish time.
Salary – $55,000 – $65,000 per annum
Location – This position is primarily based at our Civic Offices in the City Centre
