About The Role
Vertical Capital Delivery are responsible for delivery of the vertical portfolio of Council assets. The Unit’s role is to deliver these Projects through all phases from Initiation through to Close-out ensuring all CCC Client Groups, the Executive Leadership Team, Councillors, and community are informed and involved.
The Project Manager is a key member of the Delivery Team working with multi-disciplined Consultant Groups, Stakeholders and Contractors and is accountable for the professional delivery of these projects within the defined scope, time, and budget constraints.

Location – This position is primarily based at Civic, 53 Hereford Street
Salary – $93,128 to $135,496 per annumThe salary band for this position goes from (Add 90% figure) to (Add 100% figure). Starting salaries will be based on knowledge, skills and experience the successful candidate brings to the role, and relativities both, within the immediate team and in the broader organisation for the same or similar roles.
