In this rare foundational opportunity, you will help to ensure the stability, integrity, and efficient operation of Christchurch Airport’s in-house information systems. You will play a key role in enabling our whole team to enjoy seamless access and usability of our core technology systems and processes.

As a member of the Technology Operations team, you will thrive on being responsible for:

• Providing outstanding customer service across the business, helping set up new users, solve our team’s IT challenges and support core technology systems and processes
• Contributing to the Technology Operations’ team goal of continuous improvement and proactive support for the business and its systems

As Our Ideal Candidate, You Will

• Thrive on being customer focused, consistently considering the end user experience and how you can support the best user experience for our team members
• Have a university degree in computer science or other relevant field, or have an equivalent body of knowledge
• Have at least 1 year of experience in an IT support role with troubleshooting experience and working knowledge of network and PC operating systems
