About The Role

As Digital Marketing Lead, you’ll develop and execute our digital marketing strategy, using data and customer insights to drive revenue growth and market share. You’ll bring a deep understanding of digital platforms, performance marketing, and audience segmentation, working across our website, SEM, display, social media, and eDMs.

Your Responsibilities Will Include

Leading high-impact digital marketing campaigns to drive online transactions and revenue growth.

• Managing and optimising digital advertising, including SEM, display, and paid social media.
• Creating and managing a catalogue of curated digital offers, including cross-sell, upsell, and bundled promotions.
• Using customer data, segmentation, and automation to deliver personalised marketing.
• Developing and implementing a commercialisation strategy for digital channels.
• Working closely with agency partners, ensuring collaboration drives the best possible outcomes.
• Briefing and working with external media agencies, developers, and designers to execute digital campaigns.
• Continuously analysing campaign performance, applying insights to refine and optimise future initiatives.
• Staying ahead of emerging trends, new technologies, and digital best practices.

About You

We’re looking for a digital marketing expert with:

• Extensive experience in digital marketing, ideally in a fast-paced, commercial environment.
• A driven approach and can find opportunities in challenges and bring creative solutions to the table.
• Proven success in delivering revenue-generating digital campaigns.
• Strong technical knowledge of Google Ads, Meta advertising, GA4 analytics, SEM, display, and paid social media.
• Experience in customer segmentation, targeting, and automation to drive engagement.
• A strategic mindset, with the ability to develop and execute a digital marketing vision.
• Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to translate data into insights and action.
• A test-and-learn approach, always looking to optimise and refine campaigns.
• Experience at working with and getting the best out of agency partners, ensuring collaboration delivers the best results.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills—comfortable working with stakeholders, media agencies, and external partners.
