Allocation and Outlet Planner

Overview: Oversee allocations, stock management, and product lifecycle for Retail America and Outlet stores. This position will report directly to the Planning Director.

Key Missions:

• Responsible for stock management of permanent categories through facilitating weekly allocations and monthly rebalances for full price stores.
• Analyze sales history, model stocks and current inventory levels for allocations.
• Support permanent department in achieving sales and MOS target through stock management.
• Oversee Outlet assortment drops, pricing, and stock levels.
• Create weekly assortment drops and propose monthly exits of slow movers.
• Monitor and forecast stock flows, pricing, and promotions to achieve sales goals and inventory targets.
• Analyze and facilitate end of product lifecycle actions.
• 3x a year, own curation, allocation, and pricing for sample sales.
• Bi-monthly analysis and presentation of end-of-life stock movements and forecast.

Allocations Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Replenishment and Rebalances
• Once a week run permanent replenishment via Anaplan tool across all categories (women’s, men’s and leathergoods) for US and Canada.
• Facilitate monthly rebalances across each zone (US, Canada, and Mexico) and follow-up with stores to ensure compliance.
• Analyze and assign store priorities based on historical sales quarterly.
• Monitor store capacities and suggest stock consolidations or transfer holds to ensure stores are not exceeding or under capacity.
• Coordinate with Demand Planner on weekly replenishment opportunities, store to store clean-ups, and model stock changes.

Outlet Day-to-Day Responsibilities:

• Generate and prepare weekly and monthly reporting, recapping Outlet successes and opportunities for business review.
• Create long-term weekly assortment drops, guided by timing eligibility attached to the season code.
• Conduct weekly outlet replenishment to maintain newness and drive sales.
• Manage and maintain outlet model stocks creation and uploads.
• Compile monthly outlet exits by identifying slow sellers and size broken styles.
• Plan, execute, and report on flash sale outlet promotions to upper management.
• Facilitate monthly touch base calls with Outlet Store Management teams to understand evolving business needs and how to best support the business.
• Identify and support initiatives toward sustainability within the product lifecycle.

General

• Build ad hoc reports utilizing BI data on an as needed basis.
• Address ad hoc callouts and transfer requests from both stores and cross-functional teams in a timely manner.
• Attend weekly calls with warehouse and logistics teams as planning team representative.
• Monitor data and system integrity and address with appropriate teams discrepancies.
• Consistently look to improve efficiency in ways of working and tools enhancement.

Skills and Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required
• 3-5 years of experience in planning or similar role
• Proficient in all of Microsoft Office/Suite
• Preferred Anaplan and Cegid experience
• Advanced Excel knowledge essential as well as strong of financial acumen required
• Passion for Christian Louboutin and a true ambassador for the brand with strong sense of responsibility
• Ideal candidate has work experience in medium sized multinational company, luxury business, or outlet/off-price
• Additional language fluency is a plus

Christian Louboutin envisions the general compensation range for this position to be $75,000 – $105,000 per YEAR. Please note that this range is not inclusive of any other forms of compensation or benefits such as commission, overtime, discretionary bonus, health insurance, retirement savings or paid leaves of absence. Such details will be further communicated during the interview process and/or at the time of an official offer of employment and are subject to change during your employment.
