Chu Vision Institute Hiring for Social Media Coordinator at Bloomington, MN Full Time

Chu Vision Institute is growing and offering exciting new opportunities at our Bloomington office. No experience in healthcare is necessary, we are seeking candidates with real-life social media user experience, a strategic mind and a passion for connecting with people through online platforms.

The Creative Social Media Coordinator will be responsible for creating, implementing and executing strategic online brand for our practice and social media interactions, content and growth. Must demonstrate an outgoing personality and enjoy representing the brand at community or patient event in the public eye. Active social media user, creative vision, writing skills, social media mastery, minor graphics and video editing capabilities are a must.

Responsibilities:

• Create basic graphic designs (CANVA)
• Create and manage social media content
• Basic video editing (within iMovie or social media platforms)
• Monitor and interact with audience through social media
• Develop creative brand awareness campaigns to generate social media traffic and growth
• Interact with patients in practice, interviews and story/content capture
• Manage online reputation
• Manage patient ambassador, influencer and advocate program
• Maintain marketing calendar

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree preferred but not required (marketing, communications or related)
• Proficient on social media platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, etc)
• Basic Graphic Design (CANVA)
• Basic Video Editing (social media apps, CANVA, iMovie)
• Outgoing personality with a friendly demeanor
• Organized, Detail Oriented and Efficient
• Goal-oriented and self-motivated
• Excellent writing and verbal communication
• No healthcare experience required
