Chubb now has an opportunity for an Administrator to join our team in Dublin The main goal of this role is to provide general administrative support to enable to the smooth and effective running of the business unit.

Working Pattern Mon -Fri

37.5 hours per week

• Pricing of engineer work reports in line with Company and customer specific agreements.
• Preparation of consolidated billing schedules for group customers
• Assisting the Service Department in meeting all financial and invoicing deadlines.
• Preparation of engineer’s wages in line with Company procedures.
• Maintaining departmental and engineer holiday records.
• Resolution of customer and account queries.
• Assisting the customer service call desk with call logging and work allocation to the engineering teams.
• Assisting the team with regards to customer reports and quotations.
• Assisting with setting up new Customer accounts and chasing outstanding service contracts.
• Communicate with customers, engineers and the customer service center regarding projects and service calls (e.g. small works, routine maintenances), as appropriate.
• Assist with the preparation of operational reporting for Senior Management in relation to engineering productivity and invoicing.
• Deal with incoming general enquiries
• Any other administration duties that may be required.

• Experience working within customer service environment
• Have strong IT skills across Word, Excel, PowerPoint (desirable), Outlook
• Have fast, accurate typing and keyboard skills
• Have substantial general background in administration
• Used to working in a busy office environment
• Have a Leaving Certificate
