JOB OVERVIEW
We are currently seeking a Banking Administrator to join our team. In this role, the successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring all payment requests are done correctly and on time. Additional tasks and assistance on projects as assigned by the banking supervisor.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
- Monitor and manage Salesforce & Outlook for banking requests daily.
- Action banking requests including but not limited to EFT/Wire/Cheque/Interfund
- Keep track of requests/payments from high net work clients
- Use RBC Express to facilitate banking processing
- Resolve any payment issues in RBC express
- Interfund cash & position transfers
- Ad hoc operational tasks
- Documentation of processes as required.
WHAT YOU WILL BRING
- University/College degree in a related field
- Ability to prioritize effectively and work efficiently to meet daily deadlines
- Detailed-oriented, extremely self-motivated and dedicated, and a good team player
- Fluency in English (verbal and written)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficiency with MS Office applications
- Salesforce experience an asset
- Experience with RBC Express and payments an asset
- Ability to thrive in a growing/dynamic environment
- Canadian Securities Course, IFIC, PFP and other industry courses would be an asset
- Comfort in using and learning new software systems
- Previous experience in the Mutual Fund industry and/or customer service role is considered an asset
