• Junior Executive Assistant job
• Fully Remote
• Providing diary management of calls & meetings, and taking minutes of meetings
• Inputting timesheets, monitoring expenses.
• Make travel & accomodation arrangements.
• Ensure the CEO is briefed & prepped for meetings.

What Skills You Need

• Business certificate/degree is desirable.
• 1+ years experience in a comparable role is desirable.
• Strong project management & organisational skills.

What’s on Offer?

• Fully remote position.
• 12 Month contract.
• Salary up to €35,000 DOE
• Travel to the Dublin office once a week/once every 2 weeks
