eviCore is currently hiring for a Document Prep Clerk. The Doc Prep Clerk is responsible for the accurate handling and preparation of documentation of requests for care authorization or payment. A thorough understanding of relevant regulatory requirements and client specific performance standards for UM authorizations and claims processing is essential to the position.

Responsibilities:
Mail handling of incoming mail via Electronic Mailbox

Accurately distribute correspondence to appropriate personnel

Sort and record incoming faxes

Research and ensure accurate and complete match on member or provider data for claim processing; reconcile missing or incorrect data

Accurate data entry of relevant member/provider information using UM & Claims Verifier tools

Maintain files and documents accurately and according to departmental procedures

Other duties as required by immediate supervisor

Requirements:
High school diploma or GED and one (1) + years of administrative experience in an office environment

Minimum of 1 year of admin experience

Strong keyboarding and 10-key skills with ability to perform typing/keying tasks for extended periods of time

Ability to operate a PC, navigate computer applications; MS Office knowledge preferred

Proficient written and verbal communication skills

Knowledge of general office technology

This role is WAH/Flex which allows most work to be performed at home. Employees must be fully vaccinated if they choose to come onsite.

For this position, we anticipate offering an hourly rate of $16 – $18, depending on relevant factors, including experience and geographic location.

This role is also anticipated to be eligible to participate in an annual bonus plan.
