About the opportunity

We are looking for a Product Owner to ensure that we deliver high quality, differentiated, software in a fast and predictable way. You will engage with customers, product managers, user experience designers, scrum teams and multiple stakeholders to execute on product strategies. You will champion the processes that we use to deliver product enhancements to our customers, with a clear focus on the Product Owner responsibilities.

Millions of sales orders flow through our platform reducing cost, effort and time for product sellers. This helps them quickly get products to customers and build their brands without worrying about their operations.

CIN7 centrally manages inventory across multiple locations and channels, connecting 500+ systems to support receiving, selling and shipping stock. We are looking for people who are passionate about working with a fast growth tech company.

What you’ll do

• Be involved with discovery efforts led by the Product Managers and User Experience Designers
• Be responsible for transparently sharing this information with the scrum teams and feeding their input back into the discovery process
• Work with UX to prototype features, and help drive customer testing efforts
• Be the voice of the customer to the engineering teams at all stages of the delivery process.
• Be responsible for prioritising development efforts for new features and actively managing and refining the ordered backlog of product priorities.
• Be responsible for communicating the delivery status and the projected timelines internally.
• Always be looking for ways to improve the quality and productivity of the scrum team.
• Ensures Product Documentation and Training is aligned with feature delivery to produce a great customer experience when launched
• Actively drive and present product plans and reviews, demos, and competitive analyses with internal teams,
• partners, and executive leadership.
• Help lead go-to-market activities, working closely with
• marketing and product managers to ensure new products and features are released to market with high customer uptake.
• Ensures product launches are risk mitigated and tested by customer cohorts before being made generally available

What you’ll bring

• Proven experience as a product owner or similar role
• High emotional awareness and EQ
• Ability to quickly come up to speed with a complex industry and wide feature set
• Ability to operate calmly in fast paced and dynamic environment
• Background in Agile product development
• Excellent communication skills
• Ability to analyze customer and team feedback to develop strategies and plans to deliver customer outcomes
• Ability to think critically, analytically and practically
• Strong organisational skills
• Experience with SAAS based products and Telemetry analysis
