Cin7 Looking for IT Administrator at Auckland CBD, Auckland Full Time

How you’ll make an impact:

We are looking for an experienced IT Administrator to support and maintain our global shared services. You will be responsible for general IT troubleshooting, installing, and configuring computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers and zoom rooms. You’ll also have the opportunity to work on some of our global projects as we bring our global teams under one way of working.

What you’ll do:

• Onboarding processes by setting up new accounts for new users which includes preparing laptops and installing Windows/Mac.
• Diagnosing and fixing employee software or equipment issues.
• Organising swap-out or replacement equipment as needed.
• Maintaining accounts and licences in Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, Slack, Zoom, 8×8 and Salesforce amongst many other software applications.
• Maintain office infrastructure desks, monitors, networks, wifi, cameras and zoom rooms.
• Manage off boarding and decommissioning of hardware and licenses.
• Supporting people who work from home.
• L1/L2 support for our domestic and global teams

What you’ll bring:

• 2+ years of experience of supporting Microsoft365 and Google Workspace
• Ability to manage cloud-based SaaS applications such as Google workspace, Slack, Confluence, Jira and Zoom.
• Confident with network administration and hardware with the ability to swap physical switches, wifi points, firewalls, desk docks and screens etc. Experience with Cisco Meraki would be beneficial
• Experience with Telephony systems and Endpoint management tools
• Proven experience supporting at least 80 users across a wide range of positions within the organisation
• Knowledge of firewalls/switches and Wi-Fi access points as well as virus checker installation and procedures.
• Experience with cloud (ideally Azure) would be beneficial
• Ability to build, fault find and repair Microsoft and Apple Desktop environments
