Summary
Working from Cinemark’s Technology Operations and Presentation (TOP) facility in Frisco, TX, this position assists with technical issues, executes projects, coordinates preventative maintenance, and act as a regular communication liaison (“Voice of the customer”) with our more than 500 theatres with respect to Digital Cinema and Sales & Management Systems equipment.

Manages and tracks replacement and defective equipment delivery to and from the theatre. Collaborates with logistics and vendors to complete equipment transfers.

Provides world-class, passionate customer service and communication to our sites and within TOP to accomplish all goals.
A Day in the Life of an Trilingual Digital Cinema Representative Level 1:

• Manages and tracks replacement and defective equipment. Works closely with logistics, vendors, and the theatres to ensure timely delivery of equipment.
• Arranges and conducts monthly theatre conference calls (TTA Calls). This includes collecting status information and reviewing open cases (incidents) in preparation for technical troubleshooting during call and obtaining critical information for open cases, preventative maintenance, or open projects. Additionally providing ad hoc training/guidance and acting on behalf of the theatre to obtain resolution on escalated issues.
• Monitors, investigates, and reports any under bulb usage as well as preventative maintenance past due in efforts to maintain good presentations as well as ensure longevity of the equipment.
• Manages and monitors theatre spare part equipment.
• Assist project manager/leads with administration and coordination of tasks. This includes communicating to the theatres, conducting technical verifications, and confirming completion of scope of work (SOW).
• Communicates escalated issues discovered through day-to-day task and communications with customers.
• Translates documentation as requested by Supervisor.

What You Will Need to Have:

• Fluent in English and at least Portuguese or Spanish (all three languages is preferred)
• Strong Digital Cinema or similar technical aptitude is preferred.
• Excellent customer service skills. Positive attitude
• Intermediate MS Office Word / Excel skills.
• Willingness to learn and apply new skills
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Strong multi-tasking and organizational skills
• Ability to lift 30-40 lbs infrequently.
• Adapts quickly to changes and work well under pressure
• Excellent time management skills
• Availability of M-F 7A – 6P, 40Hr / week.
