The Corporate Events Planner is responsible for supporting Cinemark objectives by contributing to the design, development and execution of a variety of employee events. Candidates will bring experience in corporate event planning for meetings, incentives, conventions and sponsorship events. This team works “hands on” with event technology, so experience leading team process improvement leveraging technology resources is required. Individual needs to have experience with complex budget management, strong communication skills and strong project management skills. This role needs to collaborate, communicate and interact with employees including all levels of corporate management, internal colleagues, retailers, brokers, and suppliers to maximize event effectiveness. The role requires significant ‘customer first’ orientation, strong project management, keen attention to detail and ability to effectively manage multiple priorities.
